1. Eligibility
The $1 Custom Sample Pack (“Sample Pack”) is available only to businesses that complete
an eligibility check via our form and are approved by eStickers (“we”, “us”).
Eligibility is at our sole discretion and based on provided information, including order
type, intended use and volume.
We reserve the right to decline, withdraw or reclassify eligibility at any time without
notice.
2. Offer Requirements and Limitations
The Sample Pack offer is limited to eligible businesses only and subject to
availability.
Only one Sample Pack may be provided per business entity or company domain.
This offer is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, and cannot be combined with
other promotions or discounts.
3. Sample Pack Details
The Sample Pack will be created based on submitted requirements and artwork. Sample
materials, adhesive and print details will be selected at our discretion to best match
your
intended application.
Samples are for evaluation purposes only and do not constitute a full order.
Sample quality and representation may vary. Colours, materials, and finishes may differ
slightly from actual production runs.
4. Delivery and Timing
We aim to produce and dispatch the Sample Pack within 48 business hours of approval
and payment of the $1 sample fee.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Unforeseen courier or
production delays may extend delivery times.
In the event of extended delay, we will contact you with a revised time estimate.
5. Quotes
A transparent quote will be provided after eligibility is confirmed. Quotes are valid
for a
specified period (e.g. 30 days) and subject to change thereafter.
Quotes may be adjusted based on final specifications, material availability, or changes
requested by the customer.
6. No Obligation to Purchase
Acceptance of a Sample Pack or quote does not obligate you to place a full production
order.
Any decision to proceed with a full order must be confirmed separately.
We reserve the right to set minimum order quantities or conditions for full orders.
7. Exclusions, Returns and Refunds
Sample Packs are non-refundable except where required by law.
Returned samples are discouraged and any return shipping costs are the customer’s
responsibility, unless otherwise arranged.
Any full printed orders are subject to our standard terms of sale and production Terms
& Conditions, including fees, lead times and artwork conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental,
special
or consequential loss, including lost profit, loss of business or reputation.
Our liability for any claim relating to the Sample Pack or quote is limited to the
greater of
(a) the value of the $1 sample fee or (b) the amount required to be paid under
applicable
consumer protection laws.
9. Compliance with Law
All offers and obligations are governed by the laws of Australia, including the
Australian
Consumer Law.
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights that cannot be excluded under
applicable
law.
10. Response Times & Contact Attempts
We aim to review applications and contact eligible businesses as quickly as possible.
Any reference to response times (including “within 10 minutes”) is a target only and not
a
guarantee.
Response times may vary due to high enquiry volumes, business hours, weekends, public
holidays, or submissions made outside normal operating hours.
Where immediate contact is not possible, we will respond as soon as reasonably
practicable.
Failure to make contact within a stated timeframe does not invalidate the offer or
create
any entitlement or obligation.
11. Production & Delivery Timeframes
Where stated, we aim to produce and dispatch eligible orders within 48 business hours
of final artwork approval and payment.
All production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to factors outside our reasonable control, including but not
limited to:
Machinery malfunction or maintenance
Supply chain disruptions
Staff availability
Courier or freight service delays
Weather events
Force majeure events
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once an order
has been dispatched.
In the event of a delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an
updated timeframe.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use or acceptance of
